Smith and Syberg started in 1989 in Columbus, Indiana, as a retained, executive search firm. The firm was founded on the premise that the partners, Joe Smith and Keith Syberg, would be closely engaged in all aspects of the search process, providing a collaborative, consultative solution to critical recruitment projects.

With backgrounds in consulting and public accounting, the firm applies a focused, project-based approach to each assignment. Our intention is to form long-term relationships with the clients we serve.
